Please review the retreat information on the website before starting the registration.


1. Every one attending the retreat must pre-register.

2. Camp stay accommodation is limited, please register early if you want to stay inside the camp.

3. Please use this form to register members of a single family. There are no charges for children below the age of 6, and discounted charges for children between 6 – 12. However, ALL children must be registered.

4. If registration charges for your family exceed $500, you can just pay $500 unless you prefer to pay full amount. Please ensure that you are registering members from your own family only.

5. Retreat Pricing (including food)

Retreat Charges for All Days – [Camp Stay] (Thursday evening through Monday)

Adults + Children over 12 – $155 ( $165 after 30 Apr)
Children Ages 6-12 – $80 ( $90 after 30 Apr )

Retreat Charges for All Days – [No Camp Stay](Thursday evening through Monday)

Adults + Children over 12 – $95 ( $105 after 30 Apr)
Children Ages 6-12 – $55 ( $65 after 30 Apr )

Retreat Charges for One Day – [No Camp Stay](Either Saturday or Sunday)

Adults + Children over 12 – $60 ( $70 after 30 Apr)
Children Ages 6-12 – $30 ( $40 after 30 Apr )

6. For those registrants who choose “No Camp Stay” should make their own arrangements for the stay.

7. We are accepting electronic payment through Zelle only. Most banks provide Zelle as a money transfer option (you do not need a Zelle account). If you are unable to use Zelle, please ask a friend or one of your center officers to send Zelle payment for you and you can reimburse them.

8. For Zelle payments, payable email address is sssgc.mar2@gmail.com. Please ensure to add “SSSGC Retreat 2026”, your name, email address and phone number in the memo section. Here is a screen shot of the page from the Bank site, to add Zelle Recipient for Retreat Payment.



9. Registration closes on 5/15/2026. Your Registration is not complete until your payment has been received.

10. There wont be any charges for participants who wants to attend Monday only, however participants needs to be registered.
